(This number is in addition to the Iraqi Police and Army, and these ‘militias’ once opposed the ‘occupying forces’.)

The US taxpayer is funding:
1. Its own troops.
2, The Iraqi ’security forces’
3. Private ’security companies’ (Blackwater, etc)
4. Iraqi tribesmen.
5. And God (and Bush) only knows who else

When the ‘bribes’ stop coming, is the ’surge is working’ over?
I reckon that most Iraqis (Sunni and Shiite) are just waiting for the day the US withdraws to really have a go at each other.
